5. Play Modes¶

The H9 has two Play Modes: Select and Perform. Picking one of these two Play Modes will determine how you interact with the pedal.

• In Select Mode, use Preset Select to cue up and load Presets from active Playlist using the Big Knob or Footswitches. Use Bank Select to organize your Playlist into Banks of two Presets, giving you quick access to load either Preset using the Footswitches.

• Use Perform Mode to customize how you interact with your Presets, allowing for a variety of Footswitch and HotSwitch mappings for enhanced playability.
